The Beckman Coulter Optima XPN-90 Ultracentrifuge is a high-speed centrifuge for separating particles. This ultracentrifuge spins samples with large centrifugal forces so that the constituent molecules in the samples separate based on their physical properties e.g., size, mass, density, anisotropy. The XPN-90 can be used to purify, as well as characterize, low-molecular weight polymers up to multi-megaDalton protein complexes and organelles.
